New Pyrolysis Micro Reactor System and Fixed Gas Analyzer
Date : Wednesday June 5th, 2013
Time: 11am EST

Chromatographic Specialties Inc. invites you to join us and our supplier, CDS Analytical for a webcast presentation of a new and novel pyrolysis reactor system and fixed gas analyzer.
CDS Analytical's new 5200HP reactor pyrolyzer is the first and only mini high-pressure pyrolysis reactor system that allows scientists to study both pyrolysis and reaction chemistry on a small-cost efficient scale. This new product will allow you to study the variable effects of temperature (up to 1400°C) and pressure (up to 500psi) on liquid and solid samples while passing the pyrolyzed gas through an interchangeable catalyst bed.
Scientists and chemical engineers studying biomass feed stock, coal, oil, catalysts, algae, or polymer reactions need to understand how these materials break down in a reactor at varying conditions with catalysts. This system will offer the researcher a time and money saving instrument by increasing their understanding of reaction chemistry before undergoing the expense of a scaling-up to a laboratory or pilot reactor. And in addition, the background gas can be a carrier gas or a reactant gas such as hydrogen, air, or oxygen.
The webcast will focus on biofuel, oil and catalyst applications and how the new system can aid researchers in these fields of study. The 30-minute webcast will be followed by a question and answer segment. Early registration is advised. The webinar will be hosted by CDS Analytical's Director of Technology, Tom Wampler.  Contact Danielle Bowen at CDS Analytical - dbowen@cdsanalytical.com to register for the webinar.
